3. Buyer Representations. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

4. No Medical Claims. The Company makes no claims regarding the efficacy of any product for any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or health-related purpose. Statements made by the Company are limited to product identity, purity, and quality specifications as documented in the Certificate of Analysis.

5. Assumption of Risk. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with the handling, use, storage, and distribution of products. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from misuse, repackaging, redistribution, or use inconsistent with these terms.

6. Indemnification. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, losses, liabilities, and damages arising out of the purchaser's handling, possession, or use of any product.

7. No Resale as Drug. Purchaser shall not resell, redistribute, or repackage products in a manner inconsistent with their intended use as research compounds.

8. Reservation of Rights. The Company reserves the right to refuse sale, cancel orders, and revoke account access at its sole discretion.
