Where we ship. United States only. We currently do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
Processing time. Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day.
Transit time. 2-5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is provided for all orders.
Cold-chain. Lyophilized compounds ship in insulated mailers with cold packs. Most peptides are stable at ambient temperature for 5-7 days but we add a cold pack for safety. Storage at -20°C upon receipt is recommended.
Discreet packaging. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes. Return address shows our company name but no product description.
Signature. Not required for delivery. Orders will be left at the address provided unless otherwise specified.
PO Boxes. We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. UPS and FedEx orders require a physical address.
Lost or damaged shipments. Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery if your order is lost or arrives damaged. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ship a replacement at no cost.
Address changes. We can update the shipping address on unshipped orders. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
