Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older and a qualified researcher to purchase products.
Pricing. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Per-kit pricing assumes kits of 10 vials unless otherwise noted.
Payment. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and approved cryptocurrency. For custom orders, payment terms may vary.
Shipping. Orders ship within 2-5 business days from our U.S. facility. Tracking is provided for all shipments. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds. All sales are final once shipped. If a COA shows purity below published specification, the Company will issue a full credit, replacement, or refund at the buyer's election. Damaged-in-transit claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
Storage. Lyophilized compounds must be stored at -20°C upon receipt for maximum shelf life. The Company is not responsible for degradation due to improper storage after delivery.
Limitation of Liability. The Company's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The Company is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
